A fully designed project, interpreted and built by the client with his own team.

For this house in La Colle-sur-Loup, our role focused entirely on architectural and interior design. The client wished to remain directly in charge of the construction process and to work with his own contractors.

We therefore developed the project to an exceptionally detailed level: layout plans, technical drawings, detailed design packages, precise material and product specifications, equipment selections and a complete furniture schedule. Every element was designed to enable the client and his contractors to faithfully translate the original intent into the finished house.

The design was developed in close collaboration with the client around deliberately bold choices: graphic contrasts, patterns, expressive marbles, wallpapers, contemporary furniture and large openings oriented towards the surrounding landscape.

The project therefore embraces a stronger identity than some of our other interiors, while retaining a strong overall coherence. A house designed down to the smallest detail, with an interior architecture precise enough to be executed independently from our own site management.
